Monitoring of the CEIAG Programme;
Five Acre Wood School will use a range of techniques to measure and assess the impact of the Careers programme on pupils. These include:
- Reports generated from Compass+ on pupil participation and coverage of the Gatsby Benchmarks with support from the school Enterprise Co-Ordinator from the Careers and Enterprise Company. This is completed three times per academic year.
- Destination of pupils.
- Learning walks and communication from the phase leads.
- Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and Governance monitoring.
- We encourage feedback from Teachers, Parents and Students.
- Platforms for recognising career-related learning including Evidence for Learning.
