TEAM Family Support

We are non classroom based staff who provide support and information to parents and carers. We work alongside outside agencies and professionals to offer a comprehensive service to our families.

We can help with a range of things including, but not limited to;

• getting access to specialists and organisations
• support at meetings about your child
• advice on school matters and communications
• providing a safe space where we can offer a listening ear
