Values

All the staff at Five Acre Wood School have worked together to produce the values of Five Acre and the Staff Relationship Guidelines. They are the scaffolding of how we work together.

We have a ‘FAWard Thinkers’ group which is our employee voice and wellbeing group, a group who will meet to focus on moving forward together, as a team. As a school we want our employees to:

  • Feel part of the whole school team
  • Have their voice heard
  • Be involved in decisions
  • Have their wellbeing supported
  • Have two way communication where key issues can be communicated

With over 400 employees, the FAWard Thinkers group will represent all voices across the school. We may work in different learning approaches, department and locations but we are one team.

As a positive forum where staff can be open and honest, you will listen to others across the school, bring these views to the meeting and put forward positive solutions.
